• Oversee and support the daily operations of Morgan University Center, Clement Auditorium, and other venues as assigned• Serve as first responder during emergencies and evacuations• Coordinate resources and services for campus meetings and events such a venue setup/reset physical plant requirements, security, logistics, and technical assistance• Supervise and prioritize resources, schedules, and support for campus meeting and event reservations• Mange daily scheduling of Morgan University Center rooms via Event Management Systems (EMS) and tracked equipment inventory• Assist in the planning and execution of campus event logistics, setup, reset, safety and support• Conduct routine risk assessments as well as enforce campus and facility policies and guidelines to ensure the Morgan University Center is safe, well maintained and inviting• Establish and maintain customer relationships with the campus community, partners, and guests as a representative of University Facilities• Train and mentor new University Facilities personnel in their orientation and professional development• Attend routine team meetings to collaborate on departmental goals and professional development• Meet and greet with clients and evaluate end user audio-visual needs and expectations• Perform the installation, operation, troubleshooting and repair of audio visual equipment for campus meetings and events• Coordinated and provided professional audio and stage-lighting support for live bands, panel discussions, skits, guest speakers, and dance performancesConduct routine risk assessments as well as enforce campus and facility policies and guidelines to ensure the Morgan University Center is safe, well maintained and inviting
