Responsibilities included over 10,000 servers and over 600 locations 2 enterprise datacenters as well as external cloud providers.• Consolidated all IT maintenance contracts under 1 team, driving visibility, planning and cost savings of $6MM in year 1 as well as disciplined asset management. • Developed and implemented a managed service agreement with WiPro to provide Tier 1 & 2 Infrastructure support, helpdesk, and application support.• Implemented datacenter & network strategy Including zero-trust network connectivity.• Lead hosting, data, and integration efforts for 2 major ERP rollouts. We consolidated from legacy in-house developed systems. • Implemented advanced monitoring for all systems including proactive alerting (trending) based on a CMDB that was automatically updated & audited for accuracy.• Implemented advanced reporting on worker productivity, cost and quality leveraging project management, service management and other existing data sources.• Moved over 4000 servers to AWS, subsequently moving them to GCP after company-to company relationship breakdown with AMAZON.COM.• Lead the infrastructure and operational readiness for 2 SAP Conversions with total project costs of over $1Bn over an 8-year period.• Built out a captive center in Manila to move our outsourced function back in-house to a low-cost delivery center to optimize outcomes and ownership.
