- Responsible for the ideation, delegation, management, and overall success of some of the most important external-facing areas of the fraternity with 5 portfolios and 60+ members under my purview- Led success in recruitment at an extremely crucial time for my chapter, achieving top 0.09% recruitment numbers across all chapters in North America with over 50 new members recruited during my tenure and being nominated as one of only two outstanding VPs for recognition at the annual conclave- Planned, delegated, and successfully executed 50+ social events throughout the year, managing relationships with external partners such as banquet hall/event venue management, restaurants and bars, other student organizations, while managing an annual budget of $50,000 and balancing member buy-in (I've learned it's certainly not easy to balance the interests of over 60 people, let alone young university-age guys....)
