As a national sales manager, my responsibility is to manage the whole Myanmar in sales, RTM, natiinal and business development and of course, distributors management and RTM development. As the continuing career and challenging of FMCG, I chose F&N to be the one of soft drinks giants, to earn more learning and developing by others and myself.

My responsibility is to manage distributors, DOG (direct order generation) and MLP(market logistic partner) in central Yangon townships. As a newly challenging part, I am learning about MLP how to improve market through logistic partners and more exciting about system of Coca-Cola.

My responsibility includes to manage 100% sales and distribution all over Myanmar , dealers have to be dealt to secure 100 % sales achievement, 750 sales associates and 25 dealers to manage, training of sales and POSM installation well in outlets , activating events of dealers and on-premises outlets as annual dinner and situational parties. Appointing dealer in Singapore , Activating events in Cambodia for market research to run a business.

Retail channel management and promotion at MTO outlets , 100% sales achievement in Yangon area.
