If you were to ask me what I do for a living, my answer would sound something like this: I help to make car-buying fun again. What does that mean? Well, first, let me give you some background to how I got here. When I was 19, I decided to pursue a career in Accounting. It was a safe, logical choice for a kid who didn’t know what he wanted out of life - other than financial security. It taught me some valuable lessons - analyzing data, managing projects, honing my attention to detail. But the biggest takeaway I received wasn’t one I expected going in: Accounting wasn’t going to make me happy.I had other passions and interests I wanted to explore. The rigid structure of the Accounting world left me craving something with more space for creative expression, even if it meant stepping away from stability. So I spun a 180° and spent the next several years pursuing a career where creativity is king: Acting (didn’t see that one coming, did you?).The entertainment industry not only led me to Los Angeles where I currently reside (and introduced me to my wife), but also drove me to discover my gifts. It revealed that I had a knack for connecting with and inspiring people, and taught me to follow my heart. Those lessons served me well as I transitioned to the automotive industry, rekindling a boyhood fascination with cars and giving me the confidence to own my talents, excelling as a presenter, facilitator, and, now, sales trainer and coach. My current role not only gives me the privilege of creating and facilitating engaging, fun, and impactful programs with sales consultants & managers across Southern CA - but I get to directly influence dealership culture by challenging long-held beliefs and rigid business structures. The results are increased sales, higher customer satisfaction scores, and drastically lower dealership turnover rates. Because if you're having fun, and the customer is having fun - everybody wins. My story has taught me that the biggest key to happiness is enjoying what you do. And I'm always looking for the next opportunity I have to help light that up in someone else.Skills: Leadership, Project Management, Curriculum Design, Sales Training, Automotive, Facilitator, Data-Analysis, Process Developer, Curriculum Developer, Module Developer
