I was the designated Property Officer for the North Cumbria region, whilst based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne in Tyne & Wear, with regular travel between and across both county regions. Initially full-time throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I was used on a consultant basis in later times alongside my freelance design work.

I undertook the 1st year of studying towards a PhD to try out academia alongside my freelance design work. I decided to return to my freelance work.
