Managing showroom day-to-day including training & mentorship of new & junior staff membersLiaise with production team regarding scheduling, trades, project management and resolution of on site issuesLiaising with product & hardware representatives to maintain relationships and product knowledgeDevelopment of processes, procedures and workflows in a rapidly expanding workspace

* Formulate, implement and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators* Develop strategies to achieve sales targets* Effectively manage and coordinate the sales team in the delivery of their responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day running of showroom ensuring operational proficiency* Maintain an awareness of industry issues and customer demands to improve service and productivity* Development and implementation of processes and procedures as required in a dynamic environment* Liaise with internal key stakeholders including factory production manager, accounts department and senior management.* Develop and manage relationships with key external stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, representatives and service providers.* Coordinate radio, television and print advertising* Oversee all designs prior to commencement of manufacture* Calculate cut lists for unusual / non standard cabinetry designs* Respond to all web enquiries * Manage all aspects of staffing including recruitment, development, training and performance management.* Design and coordinate continual maintenance and update of showroom displays* Management of complex technical and customer orientated matters * Administration including banking, time sheets, rosters, invoices and associated approvals. * Organise social club and development of the staff newsletter for Kitset Corporate* Oversee and actively contribute to the provision of all aspects of sales, design and technical training

* Assist customers at showroom viewing* Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate design response* Cost cabinetry and prepare customer quotations* Follow up quotations and sales leads* Draft cabinetry plans and elevations* Prepare contract documentation for customer approval* Process orders for manufacture including preparation of cutting lists, hardware and associated requirements* Schedule and track job completion dates* Receive, check and sign for goods inward* Co ordinate contractors for check measure, delivery and installation of orders* Arrange final payments and collection / dispatch of orders from warehouse* Provide after sales service and installation advice to customers* Order replacement parts and provide quality control feedback to manager* Support Store Manager including fulfilling management duties in their absence
