Hi, I'm Jack! I'm a design strategist, and I'm a human-centered human. I believe all people are valuable, creative, and wonderful. Because of this, I believe that human-centered design methodologies are vital tools for bringing whole people into the design process.Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege to contribute to new product development in all stages of the funnel, creative & strategic facilitation, innovation validation, process improvement, research design, market structure, tech adoption, insights analysis, package design, and other projects. I believe in working cross-functionally to deliver actionable consumer-driven insights, and helping empower my team to make better decisions through a focus on finding that sweet spot between feasibility, desirability, and profitability.I believe that enabling and fostering growth in others is the defining trait of true design leadership, regardless of role or authority. And I believe that although a collection of talented individuals can hit a target no one else can hit, an empathy-driven team can hit a target no one else can see.I am passionate about finding new ways to clearly navigate the abstract, the ambiguous, and the messy.
