A support engineer for a multi group company, covering a variety of areas including OnHold, digital signage, custom products and internal IT support/administration.Duties include: • Supporting internal staff with IT issues, maintaining onprem active directory and a microsoft365 / azureAD cloud environment, reporting of monthly licenses, maintaining backups / servers / virtual machines and network infrastructure.• Diagnosis and repair of OnHold music players for client phone systems, testing and dispatching of onhold hardware, inventory management of stock.• Remote support, over the phone support and onsite support for clients.• Performing onsite visits for repairing / installing OnHold and digital signage players.• Meeting and working with contractors onsite.• Support/repair/testing of an inhouse product that is used in Cranes.

Roles & Activities Include: • Loading-in/out of venues, setting up and configuring AV equipment, • Setting up (micing/cabling) and live mixing 6 piece bands for small to medium events • Providing front of house and foldback mixes for the band using digital mixers. • Carrying out band requests and adjustments on the fly. • Testing and repairing XLR cables.
