 Transition of Projects from Onshore centers to India  Spearheading the knowledge transfer between Onshore and Offshore KT SPOCs and ensure all the required adequate knowledge is obtained.  Managing staff Performance, Staff Training and Staff behavioral Management to ensure appropriate staffing and skill are always maintained with focus on attrition control for flawless functioning of the business.  Manage all client interaction and client communication.  Actively contribute to develop the team in delivering succession plans to mitigate key person dependency  Responsible for attrition management and arranging backfills on a timely basis  Organizing and meeting the staff to discuss on their performance & developmental goals  Regularly providing progressive and constructive feedback to team members.  Efficiency Improvement to release capacity to other teams, Staff re-alignment to other processes / teams based on volume forecast & reducing staff cost across the department  Assisting senior management in planning, implementation, evaluation and modifications to existing operation, systems and procedures
