I help run Existing Conditions, a pioneering company that creates digital versions of the built environment more accurately and efficiently than anyone else in the market. Existing Conditions uses reality capture tools such as laser scanning and drone imaging to deliver the most reliable existing conditions surveys of buildings. The best architects, owners, and builders in the country trust Existing Conditions to provide an accurate, mutual point of departure on projects.My background is in architecture, real estate development, investing, and government relations. Over the past few years, I've shared some thoughts on these spaces in media such as The Boston Globe, ULI, Boston Magazine, NAIOP, Banker & Tradesman, Bldup, and The Boston Foundation, and have been invited to lecture at Cornell AAP and Harvard GSD. I also help source multifamily deals for Curtis Holdings, my family's real estate enterprise. I am active in the alumni communities of Phillips Academy Andover and Cornell Architecture, am presently Chair of NAIOP’s Government Affairs Committee, and help lead The National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Digital Documentation Fellowship.
