In 2016 after moving to Austin to start my first sales role at Yodel, my life was forever changed when I began working a small Real Estate Technology startup called Opcity. I spearheaded both the Quality and Sales Training departments, performing all new hire training while also developing and implementing quality policies, procedures. I helped grow the business towards an acquisition by Realtor.com for 210M in October 2018, training the first 400 employees while also supporting scripting and customer service strategy. After a successful acquisition and transition, I worked to drive performance improvements by leading the experimental performance lab. An incubator to develop refined customer service and sales strategies. After leaving Realtor.com when COVID hit, I was fortunate enough to Find Sellers Shield. I was brought on to architect their new direct to agent sales effort. I grew and developed a winning team and spent the next 3 years evolving their sales process and mentoring their talent. I developed and implemented go to market strategies for expansion into 5 new states while driving performance from existing accounts.
