- Provided in-depth pre-sales technical support to the sales team. - Architect end-to-end solutions as required by customers, using cloud, IoT, etc.- Work directly with end customers and partners in participation for the tenders, bids and requests for proposals. - Present Echols solutions to the customers under the guidance of the marketing team. - Deliver products such as software and hardware demonstrations that directly address customers challenges and emphasize on our solution and products. - Have a lead in the POC (Proof of Concept) stages demonstrating the company’s ability to meet and exceed customers requirements. - Able to build rapport with the customers.
