Driven Engaged Learning Coordinator with 5+ years of experience in higher education. I lead the strategic direction of student engagement in my faculty and specialise in designing and delivering impactful programs that foster student success 📈🧑‍🎓.𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:🎯 Coordinated 42 student engagement events/activities held within 2 weeks with a total of 4300+ registrations, and managed relationships with 28 supporting internal and external partners.🎯 Facilitated the induction of 1800 students annually by coordinating first-year transition initiatives that eased students' transition into university life. 🎯 Designed and implemented a first-year transition mentorship program with 230+ student participants. 99% of respondents recommend the program to future students.
