Recruited to help quickly optimize transaction value multiple, with ownership goal to scale and right size the technology organization of this PE-sponsored technology and tech services company, licensing the world's largest database of Fast Moving Consumer Packaged Goods (FMCPG) and a proprietary Product Information Management (PIM) system, in preparation for sale. Quickly given additional oversight of product development and management, as well as Commercial sales and business operations for the B2C market.HALLMARK ACHIEVEMENTS◆ Reorganized the technology department establishing lifecycle standards for project management and software delivery and introducing agile methodologies. The changes increased transparency, predictability, and quality of delivery.◆ Spearheaded the digital transformation of the flagship product information management (PIM) system, a multi-year, multi-million-dollar project. Oversaw the redesign of the platform combining 5 legacy disparate systems into one scalable SaaS based next generation enterprise platform.◆ The upgraded platform and team contributed to the successful transaction of the company to another Private Equity firm at the desired multiple.
