During the trainee phase, I was involved in research and development on Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and utilized the knowledge gained to develop a CRM bot using PVA. Additionally, I engaged in R&D focused on generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and the LangChain framework. Furthermore, I actively contributed to the development of Salesforce Copilot.

I worked as an intern in the NodeJS domain within the MWP & Chatbot department. During the internship period, I developed a movie booking bot using the Microsoft Bot Framework, which interfaces with a MongoDB backend implemented with Express. Users can interact with the bot to browse and book movie tickets, and the data is managed and stored in the MongoDB.
