During the trainee phase, I was involved in research and development on Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and utilized the knowledge gained to develop a CRM bot using PVA. Additionally, I engaged in R&D focused on generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and the LangChain framework. Furthermore, I actively contributed to the development of Salesforce Copilot, enabling users to seamlessly perform CRUD operations and data visualization using natural language processing (NLP).

I worked as an intern in the NodeJS domain within the MWP & Chatbot department. During the internship period, I developed a movie booking bot using the Microsoft Bot Framework, which interfaces with a MongoDB backend implemented with Express. Users can interact with the bot to browse and book movie tickets, and the data is managed and stored in the MongoDB database through the Express backend. Additionally, for booking confirmation, an email with the ticket QR code and details is sent to the user.
