I am, foremost, a doer and a helper. I have strengths in observing and recording processes, technical writing, and coordinating people. I love making complex processes easier to understand through writing or teaching. As an educator, I host events and create courses, and have onboarded new employees in most of my prior roles as part of how I want to help.When I join I team, I like to learn about where the strengths of a team are at along with the struggles, so I can provide a positive impact to the team as early as possible.I recently wore the hat of a QA Engineer as the QA Team's API Testing Lead, using Postman to create automated test suites using Newman and GitHub actions. I share and manage my work load through Jira and Confluence, where I build dashboards and filters to make working across teams and deadlines easier. I create test plans while completing adhoc testing for bugs or submitting detailed bug reports. I also test backend processes and database tables.I enjoy improving processes and making great, useful documentation for projects and products.
