Jen Roberts is a National Board Certified high school English teacher at a large public high school in San Diego, California with over twenty eight years of experience teaching Social Science and English Language Arts in grades 7-12. She has had 1:1 laptops for her students since 2008 and became a Google for Education Certified Innovator in 2011. For many years Jen enjoyed teaching pre-service teachers about learning and technology at The University of San Diego, and she is a fellow with the San Diego Area Writing Project. She serves her district on the Technology Advisory Committee and is also a Standards Based Learning Fellow. She also enjoys speaking to educators and consulting for school districts and independent schools as her schedule allows. In 2022 Jen was named the CUE Outstanding Educator.
