1.Identifying all impacted stakeholders and enabling collaboration between them to understand their needs and influence decisions.2.Defining and understanding the big picture and defining requirements from a business and customer/user perspective.3.Defining and maintaining the requirements backlog for the product with constant inputs from the Product Owner (PO), to ensure that the stream of work for the team remain up-to-date, and information and knowledge is being captured at the right level.4.Creating story maps, scenarios and flows to capture the rich picture of either a group of stories that make up the minimum viable product (MVP), or a group of stories that make up a particular software release.5.Facilitating stories and features to be iteratively added to the product to add overall value. 6.Performing business analysis tasks using techniques that enable a highly iterative delivery approach of continuous requirements identification and just-in-time definition of requirements. 7.Continuously facilitate the prioritization of scope with the PO and ensure that all requirements support the delivery of business value, fulfill goals and objectives, and meet stakeholder needs. 8.Ensuring that a story has been completed to satisfaction, and to the defined business value, by testing the story according to the acceptance criteria throughout the story implementation. 9.Understanding problems enough to determine cause and provide appropriate solutions and identify opportunities for improvement across the product and processes. 10.Measuring and evaluating solutions for value and opportunities. 11.Ensuring agile rituals (stand-ups, retrospectives, estimation sessions, show cases, quality and risk assessment sessions etc.) are take place regularly.

Responsible for optimizing the store operations with the help of quality improvement tools like 5S ,Cause and effect diagram etc.
