I’m an experienced design leader, with years building design teams from the ground up to craft award-winning user experiences. I’m a generalist who likes to tackle complex problems and strategize to find optimal solutions. I’ve worked in digital media, e-commerce, and education, with companies of all sizes, from startups to large organizations.I work at several levels—helping organizations understand the design process, evangelizing design practices, creating space for designers to do their best work, and ultimately, crafting user experiences that deliver results. I love to lead cross-functional brainstorms, design sprints, hack weeks, and other efforts to facilitate creativity on a team.I’m also technically savvy, with a degree in Mathematical & Computational Science from Stanford, which gives me a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
