My background is in marketing and Communication and team management in both the UK and Australia. From 2008 I have focused on people helping roles and values. I have a commitment to making a difference and I have experience in working with Mencap, Disability Sport England and Dyslexia and supporting people with alcohol dependence. My most recent positions at Help& Care and Wise Ability allowed me to develop these skills working 1:1 with participants to facilitate their individual journeys, working to break down barriers to allow them to make the next step towards gaining employment.
