For over 25 years, I’ve worked hand-in-hand to help local, state, and federal clients improve their emergency management and homeland security programs. As a former state-level Chief of Preparedness, I know that there are no pre-scripted answers to emergency management and believe in providing customized solutions to all my clients. Within the private sector, I have a strong track record of acquiring new clients and growing business with existing clients. As a proven program manager and former PMP, I’m experienced in implementing, coordinating, and overseeing large programs on time and within budget while maintaining positive client relationships. During my career I have provided direct emergency management support to over 200 different counties and cities in over 30 states, DC, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. I supported FEMA’s National Incident Management Assistance Team (IMAT) Academy, including curriculum development; exercise design and evaluation; direct support of Academy operations; and teaching the Exercise Basics course.
