Oversee Houston Parks Board's programs comprised of our Planning, Capital Projects, Maintenance and Conservation efforts. This includes the ongoing build-out and maintenance of over 150 miles of Bayou Greenway trails along nine of Houston's bayous.Leading the implementation of over $100m in active projects including the development of new greenways, investments in neighborhood parks and creation of new regional parks. Responsible for Houston Parks Board’s strategy, identifying opportunities for future work and collaboration with public sector stakeholders.

Responsible for overseeing strategy for the organization, including the expansion of partnerships with key stakeholders at the local, state and federal level, and overseeing Houston Parks Board's Strategic Plan. Leading Houston Parks Board’s planning studies and identifying priority projects for future implementation to leverage ongoing collaborations with our partners and donors.

Developed and implemented new systems related to people operations within a 130+ employee company including performance reviews, professional development and training, internal staff resourcing, recruiting, firm culture and mentorship. Led internal communications and translated business needs into people operations processes and policies. Part of the Executive Management Committee tasked with supporting the CEO/President on day-to-day management of the organization.

As Principal and Director, led multidisciplinary teams across several practice areas including climate resilience (on behalf of the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority and the Economic Development Corporation of NYC), district-wide master planning (on behalf of the Downtown Houston Management District, the New York Blood Center, Columbia University, and Rice Management Company) and strategic planning efforts (on behalf of the Astrodome Conservancy, the Houston Heritage Society, the Rhode Island Department of Commerce).

Managed the transition of a $1.4b, 180,000 SQFT Fulton Center transit hub - including five separate subway stations - from construction into operations including building systems turnover. Managed the relationship between owner (MTA) and the master lessee (Westfield) on all operational matters including technology, life safety systems, retail operations, passenger experience, cleaning and security.Managed and oversaw the development of an RFP and solicitation process to engage a private sector partner for the long-term operations of the Fulton Center.

Managed design consultants and represented the construction team in preparation of Fulton Center Master Lease RFP and supporting documents including a Concept of Operations, Retail Design Guidelines and technical data. Supported the implementation of technology upgrades to the Fulton Center in Lower Manhattan, including a revenue-enhancing digital signage program and commercial space maximization.
