I oversee our Summer Fellowship, which brings teachers to Israel for a month-long co-teaching and professional development experience. My responsibilities include developing and directing international recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes, as well as handling logistics and operations on the ground. I also manage communications (web and social media) and development.

I create a variety of educational content for Hebrew learners, including YouTube videos (over 15K subscribers as of March 2024), downloadable resources, and asynchronous courses. I also teach private Hebrew lessons to adults online.

I provided comprehensive and individualized support to college students and adults dealing with executive dysfunction. Our weekly coaching sessions were aimed at helping them develop, strengthen, and maintain executive functioning skills, such as time management, self-regulation, prioritization, planning, and metacognition.

I provided training and support to over 50 TALMA teachers working in schools all over Jerusalem, TALMA's largest region. I conducted webinars and in-person trainings, offered real-time classroom coaching, and met individually with teachers to offer support, encouragement, and actionable feedback.

I taught Hebrew daily to over 100 students in grades 1 and 2, using an "Ivrit be'Ivrit" proficiency approach. I designed and administered weekly assessments, collaborated with co-teachers to design lessons based on comprehensible input theory, and ran a Hebrew after school program for a cohort of novice students that culminated in a Hebrew-language play they performed in.

After teaching English with TALMA's summer program in Jerusalem in 2016, I was selected as a pioneer of TALMA's first full-year international fellowship, where I taught English to 160 students in grades 3-6 using an immersive model of English language teaching, and designed differentiated lesson plans.

Gan Maqom Shalom (its Hebrew name) emphasized Hebrew & English bilingualism and biliteracy, and I taught all academic subjects in a mixed-age classroom for three years. This resulted in my native English-speaking students developing a high level of Hebrew proficiency across all four language domains.
