I'm T'helah, a learning & development whiz and HR professional with with 11+ years of experience coordinating programs and projects in the education and non-profit sectors. I have a solid background in teaching and coaching in both the US and Israel, and I use my excellent people and bilingual communication skills to manage international teaching fellowships. I oversee all HR-related duties, from recruiting and interviewing to onboarding and training to engagement, ensuring an organized and efficient process for candidates at every stage. I enjoy collecting and analyzing data - I'll take any excuse to make a spreadsheet! - and using the findings to inform operations strategy and procedures.When I'm not engaged in my responsibilities with TALMA, I'm running my small business, The Kefar, which I launched in 2014. Through The Kefar I provide Hebrew language courses and content to learners, and offer operational and instructional coaching to online language teachers. This has given me several years of human resource data analysis and business operations experience, including hiring and managing contractors, and a part-time assistant.Self motivated and driven, I am incredibly tech savvy.
