These measures have allowed us to enhance the efficiency and quality of our work while keeping costs down.By leading with a pragmatic approach and a strong focus on teamwork, we have achieved noticeable improvements that have strengthened both our team and Kvik A/S’s position in the market. The recognition of this effort through a promotion after a year is a vote of confidence in the path we are on.

I started at Kvik A/S in a newly created position as the Graphic Team Lead, where I focused on improving the work environment, optimizing task management, and automating and structuring our processes. This was a time of intense learning, during which I became acquainted with all conceivable facets of leadership in a very short period. Through close collaboration with my team, we managed to create a more efficient and cohesive department while navigating the many challenges that an international company can face. Simultaneously, I had to find my rightful place as a new leader. 🌟

My responsibility has since developed into me being the projectcoordinator / manager of our internal and external development tasks related to Restudy's LMS system based on management's wishes.
