Previously having worked at two national real estate investment sales firms (Marcus & Millichap and Apartment Realty Advisors now Newmark), Kevin gained valuable experience in acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity structures, private and corporate partnerships, corporate structures, and portfolio sales. He has been closely involved in over $3 billion of multifamily investment transactions. Kevin has a Master of Jurisprudence in Wealth Management from Texas A&M School of Law. Kevin is married with three children.
