Kindness flows so establishing a team based in kindness results more effective and compassionate care for service users. My unique approach to leadership development and team training integrates the psychological insights I've gathered throughout my years studying psychology for my PhD and achieving psychologist registration. This blend is further enriched by compassion, wisdom, and the practical strategies I've honed in my work in for-purpose and healthcare settings.
