As The Kitten Has Claws, I specialise in work in creating highly visual, creative and character driven work based in installation performance, theatre and film. As a creative I am very adaptable and occasionally take on additional producing or artistic work.

Vaudeville Cabaret Club in 2007 and The Bongo Cabaret Club in 2008 and 2012. The original Bongo Cabaret was started in 1998 and evolved yearly as a recurring event on the Edinburgh Fringe Festival programme until its' final year in 2012. In the lead up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2007 I single-handedly (with guidance from Phyllis Martin) produced the Festival run of Vaudeville Cabaret Club. I was in charge of a crew of fabulous workers and even made enough money to pay us all a small pittance as well as garnering four and five star reviews. In the run up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival August 2008 I programmed and produced 16 uniquely formatted shows over the 3 weeks of the Festival and featured 5 comperes and 96 additional Acts, all sourced, programmed and booked by myself. This celebrated the 10th Anniversary of the Bongo Club having a Cabaret and the show received critical acclaim, enthusiastic audience numbers, excited performers and 5 star reviews once more. In 2012 I was invited back to programme it for it's final year and was able to programme some exceptionally high end acts alongside emerging artists and give it a send-off it deserved. Alongside more 5 star reviews we also received a ThreeWeeks Editor's choice award!

Ninja Unicorn is an Office space in the West End of Glasgow where freelancers can hire a desk for a day, a few days a week or full-time. We are the only space like this in the West End of Glasgow and home to an eclectic and lovely group of freelancers working in everything from Circus Arts to Journalism and IT.
