As a Father, my mission transcends the traditional bounds of parenthood. Fatherhood links with my inborn vocation as a mentor and my career path as an enthusiastic Strategy and Creative mentor which led to change-making leadership roles at wildly adventurous at powerhouse Marketing, Advertising, and Brand Experience agencies.I leverage the same principles of creativity, curiosity, and empowerment that define my vocational life in guiding my son. I consider this self-employment decision, the most informative and empowering of my 25+ personal and professional career journey.All of my roles have been in service to nurturing potential – not just in skills and knowledge, but in character, resilience, and perspective-building. Laying the groundwork for successful individual pursuits encouraging compassionate and mindful human beings into their greatness. In my son, I see the future – a future that I am committed to shaping with love, guidance, and the freedom to explore. This role is a partnership, a dialogue of ideas and dreams between two souls.Being a Father is an integral part of who I am – it informs my decisions, fuels my creativity, and shapes my interactions.This role, above all, is a reminder of the impact we have on the future, through the lives we touch, the values we impart, and the love we share.

The Sauce Kitchen [TSK] is an evolving idea.One which celebrates the fact that the right ingredients can be as flamboyantly transformative of a meal as they can to a marketing campaign - be those ingredients the right people, insights, concepts, strategies, producers and beyond. This isn't about food - it's about creative dynamism, flavorful diversity of thought, and conceptual nourishment.Obsessed with what is possibly possible, TSK revolves around the opportunity to unleash kinetic potential for ourselves and for our clients seeking precisely adventurous and effective brand experiences.Kamau opened The Sauce Kitchen in response to unfortunate breakdowns in collaborative spirit in the creative process that he has witnessed and experienced over the course of his career - striving to be a creative catalyst and drive innovation through connected creativity, insightful strategy and building cooperative ideals across departments.TSK is also a home for other explorative ventures soon to come, from podcasts to photographic expeditions to industry exposure programs for creative youth. Those ventures are the bi-products of the things that inspire us beyond our work, and consequently make our work inspiringly explorative.TSK works with brands and agencies looking to invigorate and ignite their creative output, product development process and/or communications mix. We've also worked with experiential technology vendors looking to diversify their product's application breadth for broader appeal and expanded use case.
