I have operated Regency for over 20 years. We are a flexographic printer of labels and packaging. We specialize in difficult and high quality projects from start to finish. A large percentage of our products are integrated into assembly lines where consistency is mandatory. There are many components and tasks on high speed packaging assembly lines using automatic label applicators. We sell to end users big and small. Its not uncommon for a design firm to be our contact dealing with the project from conception to delivery of printed packaging supplies. We welcome print brokers or other printing company's farming work to us that we are more equipped to run for various reasons. I have been experimenting and testing some new methods in brand protection and anti-counterfit packaging. I also do consulting with printers, contract packagers, and design firms.My job is to oversee operations, drive continuous improvement by communicating with my team of mangers and production staff the challenges we face daily and the opportunities for continuous improvement as we follow our mission to continuously improve. To be involved in all capital investments & expenditures. Oversee financial health & cash flow management. Take a leadership role in the future direction of this company. Set goals and plan strategy to achieve them through training, products, & equipment. When necessary oversee facility reengineering for optimization of efficiency through principals and training of lean manufacturing, ---I about forgot to mention the responsibility to worry myself into an early grave from high blood pressure, stress, and ulcers!!
