Over his career, Lance has amassed a number of “firsts” as a visionary for change. His primary goal as a leader is to focus on building a strong innovation culture to help the world be its best.Lance is a seasoned entrepreneur with well over two decades of executive leadership experience plus decades of start-up to exit business creation. Having founded his first company at the age of four, ending with a successful exit at the age of 19, Lance has amassed over four decades of start-up experience too. After college, Lance held leadership positions at state and local governments as well as senior leadership positions at Global 1000 enterprises. In the 2000s to the present, he founded a series of private and venture backed businesses focused on the payment card industry, data center development, low-power computing platforms, cyber security technologies and today healthcare transformation platformsLance has served on boards at private companies, as well as served as the President for non-profit boards focused on high school STEM education, ballet and the performing arts. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Austin College and a Master’s in Public Administration degree from the University of North Texas. He is active in Church life in the Woodlands, Texas, enjoys ballet, robotics, spreading STEM awareness to youths, high performance trucks, traveling and family life with his wife Amy of 30 years and their four children in Houston, Texas.
