Larry is the owner of CI-CG LLC, which specializes in Leadership Development and Continuous Improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process methodologies. CI-CG LLC has used their skills to help small to mid-size businesses improve their overall bottom-line by reducing waste and the reduction of variation while focusing on developing their employee leadership abilities; Concentrating on improving their overall safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity and cost reduction programs. Larry also spent over 20 years in the US Army serving our great nation and over 20 years in the manufacturing sector. During Operation Desert Strom Larry was awarded two Bronze Stars, one Bronze Star with combat “V” for valor in combat and another Bronze Star for distinguish leadership in combat. Larry has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. Larry has completed hundreds of Lean Projects and assisted several companies in their Lean Transformation. The Boy Scouts of America and church activities are a few of the volunteer organizations in which Larry is involved. He has provided service on many levels in the communities in which he has lived. Larry and his wife Kathy currently live in New Albany, Indiana and are proud parents of 5 wonderful children and 12 beautiful grandchildren.
