I am the countries leading practitioner in FST. Having trained in Dublin and Phoenix Arizona in 2011 in Levels 1 & 2 respectively, I set up Fascial Stretch Therapy UK - the UK's first fully dedicated FST centre. Following another trip to Phoenix in November 2012, I am now a Level 3 Specialist practitioner in FST, the highest level of certification. Working closely with Ann & Chris Frederick in both London and Phoenix, I have been asked to join with fellow instructors, Katharina Unsoeld (Stuttgart, Germany) & Dave Copeland (Bath, UK) to become the European Fascial Stretch Therapy Essentials (FSTE) training team - delivering the 2 day workshops throughout Europe.
