Currently a Research Associate and Project Manager at Harvard University, where I support the equity-focused efforts of several projects. My research interests include family engagement in social and emotional learning (SEL), culturally responsive pedagogy, and the intersection of equity and SEL interventions—all in an effort to ensure and foster inclusive and safe learning spaces for students of all backgrounds. Prior to my work at Harvard, I oversaw home-based parenting education programming that supported families of children prenatal to 5 years of age. I currently provide trainings to home visitors as a certified Infant Family Specialist (II) and Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework certified trainer.
