Key member of senior management team involved in strategic, tactical, and forward planning, land acquisition and cash flow planning. Key focus: to maximize Operating Income, Pre-tax income and create positive cash flow to redeploy in higher return projects. Instrumental Leader on a Team that increased Net Income from Operations 200%+ from a loss in 2010 to projected income in 2016. Previously full financial responsibility for a $300 million region, including direct responsibility for Daily Units, Home Studio, IT, financial management, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key member of senior management team involved in strategic & tactical, forward planning, land acquisition and cash flow planning. Key focus: to maximize margins and earnings, create positive cash flow to redeploy in higher return projects, and position for growth. Hired and mentored VPF's for each market by the end of 2014.
