ELA Middle School Interventionist grade 5-8

• provides leadership, mentor-ship and direction to teachers on their grade level. • a liaison between the administration and teachers, and is a member of the school leadership team. • provides professional feedback to administration and members of his/ her team: • organizes grade-wide events, ensures all teachers on the team are prepared to teach each day and analyzes grade wide student data • a role model of professionalism and positive and leads their team to fulfill the school’s mission of closing the achievement gap each day. • Grade 3 Teacher • Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class • Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students • Adopting and working towards the implementation of the school

Responsible for product knowledge of all programs on the Associates and Bachelors degree level. Evaluate prospective students and recommend admission. Maintain those relationships to increase retention efforts. Responsible for developing an effective consistency of performance standards. Assist the Director in analysis of reports, marketing opportunities, quotas, budgets, and territory assignments. Assist in developing local recruiting events
