I am a dynamic leader and catalyst for positive change that has demonstrated these qualities both on and off the football field. As a safety, I was instrumental in the New Orleans Saints' first Super Bowl victory in 2010 and the Philadelphia Eagles' 2018 championship, earning a reputation as a seasoned champion who elevates teams to new heights. Over 13 seasons in the NFL, I have amassed numerous accolades including three Pro Bowl selections, Jim Thorpe recipient and the feat of winning Super Bowls against legends Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. Yet my impact extends far beyond the field as a passionate advocate empowering disadvantaged communities. As co-founder of the Players Coalition, I have spearheaded initiatives supporting criminal justice reform, police and community relations, economic and educational advancement. Through my foundation, I have created life-changing youth mentoring programs focused on developing future generations. Malcolm Inc., my entrepreneurial venture, pursues diverse business interests from franchising to venture capital all with the core value of making a positive social impact. My newest endeavor is sharing my hard-won wisdom, "What Winners Won't Tell You," offers candid insights into overcoming challenges on and off the field. Sharing intimate struggles and revealing not often talked about topics on what it really means to win, I chronicle my journey to becoming a champion and provide inspiration to help others to win. With my championship mentality, business expertise, and commitment to community leadership, I can help corporations build winning cultures, drive innovation, and integrate social responsibility while motivating teams and individuals win their own championships. My commitment to empowering others makes me a trailblazing force for good.
