Regional Account Controller (Uk South East And South West Region)
•Communicate regularly with the Regional team which consists of regional managers, unit managers, team leaders, administrators , service users, Local authorities and etc •Produce month end reports and advice service managers, regional managers of any potential risks associated.•Ensure all invoices are raised in a timely manner to fall in line with the month end procedures.•Ensure the debt reports are run accurately and the debt is reduced on a monthly basis. Make sure debts older than 120 days are fully recovered and if there are issues on any debts to communicate with the financial controller and the sales manager and implement measures to recover the debt.•Produce and review monthly aged debt reports, chase up complicated debts, hold meetings with councils or payee’s and introduce payment plans or come in to an agreement to ensure the debts are recovered.•Communicate and liaise with a team of Regional managers, Unit managers, team leaders, Local authorities, service users to deliver efficient Sales reporting and strong financial controls for the south east and south west region.•Work closely with the Financial Analyst team to get the income figures accurate for budgets and communicate of any unit closures, any transfers and opening of new units.•Determine and support strategy with the sales manager and the financial director•Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders•Maintaining a batch system and ensuring the cash receipts are posted, matching the bank receipts to the remittance advices•Identify variances between Local Council payment schedules, invoice templates and ensure all variances are adjusted and payment schedules match Invoice templates•Ensure any amendments are auctioned in a timely manner and service user accounts are updated and maintained accurately•Ensure Client contribution payment are received on a regular basis and monitor standing order payments•General Ad Hoc duties, emailing, filing and attending meetings
