The Malone Group, Inc. has two primary divisions, a traditional Real Estate office, headed up by his wife, Terri Malone and a traditional Mortgage Loan Brokerage which he manages, specializing in challenged as well as perfect credit. With KMG, Christopher originated, priced, sold and facilitated FHA loans. Christopher joined Loan Review, Inc. in early 2007. As Director of Operations, he was responsible for the essential task of reviewing and analyzing loan application packages to insure that they are properly structured to comply with technical lender requirements and applicable financial guidelines. Christopher concentrated on researching and cataloging the standards and specific review process employed by underwriters at various lenders, and trained members of the Loan Review sales staff to efficiently tailor loan application packages to comply with such standards. Christopher personally conducted a final review of all loan applications, prior to transmittal to lenders. He identified underwriting nonconformities, anticipated and dealt preemptively with potential problems, and routed the application to the lenders whose specific requirements are most closely met by the particular package being submitted. Christopher’s work greatly increased the firm’s efficiency and effectiveness in successfully placing loans.

From late 2003 until joining Loan Review, Inc., Christopher headed a record breaking sales team at Ameriquest Mortgage Company. His production there earned him a Chairman’s Club Bronze award in less than 2 months, followed Silver, Gold, and ultimately Platinum awards in 2004. In 2005 he was promoted to sales and training manager and helped Ameriquest Mortgage Company branch out and train a new division of the company--AMC Mortgage Services. In 2006 Christopher took over a failing branch of the company and within 6 months produced record breaking revenues.

In 2002 Christopher accepted an offer to become Director of Sales and Business Development for 455am, Inc, a small real estate software startup. In this position he was instrumental in designing lead management software, developing a viable business model, designing training programs and developing a complete marketing plan for Realtors. This was the beginning to what has been an outstanding carreer in the Real Estate world.
