I work with professional women who want a fulfilling life; personally and professionally, without feeling completely overwhelmed and never enough. I help women whose internal relationship with their inner feminine and external relationships with other women (personally & professionally) are dysfunctional and stop them from being happy, authentic and fulfilled and also lead to feelings of having to be overly competitive, second guessing decisions, self-doubt, mistrust of women and a lack of belonging to a supportive network.I practised as a real-estate lawyer at a large international practice for 16 years and worked through two pregnancies - returning to work full-time after my first daughter was born and then on a part-time basis after the birth of my second daughter. Managing a very demanding job isn’t easy and the juggle becomes more complicated when you have children. For years, I operated very much from my masculine and I was fiercely competitive, particularly with other women. I brushed aside difficult relationships with women by withdrawing from friendships, excluding other women from groups I was a member of and doing it all be myself. I realised when I had my daughters that the support I needed from other women simply wasn’t there. I hadn't valued female friendships. I also didn't understand that the feminine is strong and as capable as the masculine. I had a disrespect of the feminine qualities of compassion and co-operation which made motherhood very difficult.Female leaders need balance and empowerment. My mission is to create space for all women to find balance within their own masculine and feminine and also to resolve the conflicts they have with other women. I do this through one to one and group Sisterhood Belief System coaching/mentoring and also through the Mother Circle Guide Programme; a unique feminine leadership programme for women who want to run their own Mother Circle business.I have a holistic approach to your wellbeing. My coaching is a bespoke and not a one-size fits all solution. It incorporates all my skills as an emotional health coach, yoga teacher, empathetic listener, mother and healer of the divine feminine. I am the coach for you if you're ready to delve into your authentic intuition. I encourage my clients to map out their ideal future and work towards this. I work with individuals & corporates. I offer transformational spaces within a corporate environment for female employees to share and support each other in a confidential, non-judgemental and compassionate way.
