Since 1998, I have been assisting clients finance commercial real estate. I have arranged over $3 Billion in debt from various sources including life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, banks, and private lenders. In addition, I have arranged equity for high-quality transactions. I consider myself more than just a "broker" who finds the money. My job includes educating borrowers' on the numerous lending options available, understanding each borrower's portfolio and exit strategy, and assisting each borrower to reach their stated goals.
