In this role I delivered complex change within the organisation through 6 Migration transition states and different work packages. Created As-Is and To-Be process flows for business readiness to highlight where the change would be, what controls were needed and deliver training required to ensure the success of BAU. Effectively communicated change with key stakeholders. Involved in the analysis required to support the design, build, and implementation of a solution for integrating, rationalising and migrating the newly acquired funds into LBG. Was also involved in the testing of the new build. Have strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills and work proactively in an indirect supervision environment. Recently I also Project managed a Data Quality team of 9 SMEs (including offshore) and successfully delivered the work package for the programme in Migration Event 1. Worked with the Product Owner to secure the required funding for the team to ensure there was sufficient resource to deliver tasks within our scope.

Play key role in the Design, Build, Testing, Deployment and Post Deployment monitoring of projects. Involved in procurement processes including RFI & RFP process to select the best 3rd parties/vendors to partner. Shape, facilitate and lead business readiness workshops and training sessions as required, for FNZ and clients.
