Essentially I Was Trained to Work Under the Hood.We Grew & Studied Hundreds of Cell Colonies with e without various classified drugs (in vitro) for efficacy and toxicity. The Study was done in parallel with my principal investigator to compare and contrast our data.

Crystallography, Protein. Dr Huxford kept me by his side during countless training sessions and lab meetings to articulate and develop laboratory procedures and principals of Protein Crystallography. The trials and tribulations are real. Our discipline is one of science's hardest schelps (To Design Order Grow Crystalline Poteins for the purpose of advancing medical science is very hard work). In this lab I met and had the honor to work with San Diego's finest Research Scientists. A Sept of BioChemists of at least five at any given time (Three Graduate Students as The Core Sept worked with many students like myself over the years). The Huxford lab grew and depleted (as students would cycle through their degree requirements) The core The Core The Core of us avg five stayed nearly the entire time. With guest appearance every week at our weekly meetings. Where we would take turns defending our chosen papers of interest in front of the lab. There were four graduate students who defended their theses during my tenure. I had the honor of working with all of them in their daily schlep.
