I work with the Creative Director/President and colleagues across the creative team to develop and establish the creative direction for the company. I provide leadership and detailed guidance to designers and assist in the education and development of creative staff.

Digital DesignI designed and prototyped visual assets for software, websites, digital signage, print, packaging, and global social media channels. This included, but was not limited to, 3+ websites, 10+ microsites, mobile apps, product design, and event design. (CiscoLive: 28k+, Cisco Global Sales Experience, 20k+, Cisco Partner Summit: 2.2k+ attendee events)User InterfaceI designed a core set of signature elements to be used across the digital portfolio. With the help of 10+ UX teams (each comprised of 12+ designers), I also developed a visual system that used a single framework to ensure brand consistency and simple user experience. I presented this visual system to large audiences of 30 or more and executive-level VPs/Directors.Art DirectionI was a brand evangelist, advising agencies, internal teams, and leadership to help them align with brand language. This included designing and creating brand guidelines, presenting brand principles to a broad audience, and helping shape future brand direction.Social ChannelsI developed a brand identity system for our (Cisco) social media channels.This included all the prominent brands: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, YouTube, Google+, UStream, Ciscoblogs, Weibo, and Slideshare. I redesigned assets, including international materials in Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, German, Spanish, French, Polish, and Portuguese. This refresh resulted in the achievement of a $5 million market qualified lead goal for the fiscal year.Web DesignPrior to joining the Brand team, I was a web designer responsible for the user interface and graphic design of our network management web application. I also helped develop our sales field website to support our relationships with Schwab, Hyundai, Symantec, and Activision. While at ABB (my previous job at Cisco), I helped develop the company's first e-commerce website, where a client-server application implemented web functionality
