I am a computer science student at the University of North Texas, expected to graduate with a Bachelor's in Computer Science come May 2025. For the past three and a half years, I have been working as a manager at Donna's Donuts, a local family-owned business that offers delicious donuts to the community. My core competencies include customer service excellence, time management, organization, adaptability and flexibility.As a manager at Donna's Donuts, I am responsible for a wide range of managerial, administrative, and creative tasks that contribute to the growth and sustainability of the business. I work with a team of staff members, providing them with training, guidance, and feedback. I also handle the daily operations, inventory, budget, marketing, and customer relations of the shop. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment for our team. I am eager to learn new skills and apply my knowledge of business marketing to thrive and expand.
