After six months Michael was asked to lead the Westgate Pre-Owned store where he leads a team of high-performing sales professionals and delivers exceptional customer service and satisfaction. He has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, ranging from financial services to automotive sales, management and sales training and motivation. He is also an Army Ranger combat veteran, who served in the US Army for 15 years in various special operations roles.In addition to his sales management role, Michael is a passionate motivational sales trainer, coach, and speaker, who owns Next Level Selling, a sales training company that helps individuals and organizations achieve their sales goals teaching them better leadership using his Ranger mindset methodology.
