* In my new role at RMS (Retail Merchant Services) I am collaborating with clients across various industries to assess their needs and recommend customized implementation strategies for our software solutions.* I am assisting in the implementation of new systems, providing support and guidance to enhance customer experience and engagement.* I am acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication to address challenges and optimize deployment processes.* Additionally, I am driving sales by identifying and building connections through various local organizations and connecting with clients' needs while recommending tailored technology solutions.

I joined Air Liquide in 2004 with a focus on using software to improve design efficiency. My goal was to make the design process smarter, particularly by reducing redundant, time-consuming tasks. My approach was simple: “Work Smart, Not Hard,” which meant using tools to improve our work methods, ensure quality, and harness the power of computing solutions.This approach led to recognition and recruitment for various integration, convergence, and leadership projects at Air Liquide. Although I hadn’t anticipated managing people, I found that leading a team allowed for a more strategic level of focus while helping others reach their potential.Collaborating with talented individuals has shown me the importance of a fresh perspectives and differing approaches. Working with experts broadened my attention beyond single-solution methods, to deliver effective integration and benefit the customer. Throughout my career I led or participated in numerous harmonization, integration, and improvement programs, built a team, and helped many experts grow their careers. I had the opportunity to drive strategy, establish procedures, implement integration, and initiate digital continuity solutions. Above all, I was able to support others in achieving their own goals, fostering a positive impact on their personal lives and families.During my initial interview with Air Liquide, I was asked what I hoped to achieve with the company. My answer was simple: I wanted to build a career, make a difference, and someday retire from the organization. Looking back, I feel I’ve made a meaningful impact.

At CDI Engineering, I enjoyed ten years of solid growth in design and hands-on experience. With the guidance of great mentors, I learned piping and mechanical design, as well as construction, while navigating the day-to-day challenges of operational plants and major projects. My natural mechanical aptitude made this aspect of my career especially rewarding. I also found excitement in the exposure to 3D modeling and the potential of software.Driven by ambition, I became one of the "Golden Boys” - a handpicked team of five recognized for our design skills and leadership in using software to enhance design work. This approach allowed me to be involved in a wide range of major projects and scenarios, gaining valuable experience in design, software, and leadership.
