With 20+ years in leadership roles, I continue to love to dig in and solve problems for the people leaders and underlying teams. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself. -I quickly acclimate to any team and challenge and come prepared to understand, acclimate, provide insight and lead it from day 1.-I have worked solo, supervised teams, run locations, covered states, and lead Nationally encompassing 1-425 employees.-I pick up fast on business lines and technical requirements, and can scale teams quickly as needed. -I excel at mentoring, training, motivating, and driving leaders and their teams to deliver results while working within given restraints. -I am quick at connecting and building the relationships needed while breaking down barriers for mutual benefit.-I speak tech and exec.-I am human, I have and will make mistakes, I learn from them, own them, the buck stops with me.-I love to win, I love to lead the team to a win, and most importantly while enjoying every win, I like to win on levels that impact entire organizations.-I consistently learn and observe, while being acutely aware of constant change, never settling and always developing.-I enjoy developing others and watching their progress.-I stay calm under pressure and adversity, and maintain focus on what is controllable-My gut instinct is good, but I seek data for verification that the decisions are right.-I focus on making high quality decisions, stand firm on integrity and what’s right even when it’s unpopular.
