I gained valuable skills in quality assurance testing, Microsoft 365, and soft skills. I worked with the QA team to ensure the delivery of safe and effective products to the customers, using various tools and techniques to perform testing, documentation, and reporting. I also used Microsoft 365 to communicate and collaborate with the team, as well as to manage and track the inventory and orders. Additionally, I developed my soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service, by interacting with the staff, clients, and vendors. I completed a course in Software Quality Assurance Fundamentals from SkillsAssembly in Sep 2023, which enhanced my knowledge and skills in the field. I am eager to pursue a career in QA testing, where I can apply my driving and Microsoft 365 skills, as well as my passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
