Lead the Banquet Sales division on behalf of numerous client companies located in Santorini Isl, GR. (Le Ciel Weddings & Events, Santorini Princess Spa Hotel, Cavo Tagoo Santorini, Volcan Weddings & Events), all of them conducting weddings and tailored events on a daily basis during the summer semester. Collect all necessary information and details to create an accurate daily Banquet Event Order and see it properly executed by all other associates and departments involved, while motivating to maximize productivity and satisfaction and challenging team members to achieve optimum revenue and customer satisfaction. Expand the existing clientele and discover new markets, process and manage financial data to ensure the company’s profitability, interview and train new talented members of the Sales dept.

Organize tailored events/parties/banquets, process proposals, contracts, estimated and actual function statements. Lead the Food & Beverage outlets, ensure ordering, receipt and secure storage of all necessary stocks and materials, assure that all divisional equipment is well kept, appropriately used and in good working condition. Maintain adherence to budget, payroll and overhead costs, prepare staff schedules, closely monitor daily departmental revenues and process statistical data, F&B cost and items profitability through efficient pricing. Carrying out several successful events throughout each Holiday season was repeatedly adding to the company’s monthly income.
